Your Home Base for Pediatric Practice
The Therapist All-Access Membership
Evidence-based CEUs, treatment planning support, and shareable parent handouts all organized in one place, for what therapists actually need.
Ever feel stretched thin as a therapist?
Between full caseloads and limited time, even great therapists can feel rushed, repetitive, or unsure.
Your caseload is full, and planning time is scarce, at best!
Keeping up with evidence feels important… and impossible
Lack of time often means the same intervention on repeat
You wonder if there’s more you could be doing
You care deeply about outcomes—but lack of follow-through at home is frustrating
If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. But, there’s another way…
Level-Up Your Practice
Everything inside the Therapist All-Access Membership is designed to support real clinical decision-making:
- Treatment ideas you can pull up minutes before a session
- Prep activities that go beyond surface-level skills
- Parent handouts that are clear, practical, and usable
- In depth, evidence-based courses + workshops, all AOTA approved
- A community of fellow therapists for collective wisdom
- Mentorship and support everyday from seasoned pediatric OT’s
This isn’t just about CEUs. It’s about leveling-up your skills and support so you can do all you were meant to do.
“I was thoroughly impressed with your presentation… You were engaging, informative, and made your strategies VERY realistic and simplistic. As an OT for 20 years, as well as having an 8 y/o who is starting to struggle with ADHD tendencies, I felt so many takeaways and ‘aha’ moments both as a professional and as a parent. So thank you for such a great presentation!”
Built to Support You—All Year Long
Designed for Ongoing Growth, Not One-and-Done Learning
The Therapist All-Access Membership gives you year-long access to one organized, evolving space you can return to again and again, instead of pieced together courses and tools.
You’ll work through foundational courses at your own pace, stay current with new live workshops added throughout the year, and use treatment ideas and parent-ready resources in real time.
And when you feel stuck or want another perspective, you’ll have guidance from experienced therapists and a community of therapists.
“Excellent explanation of SI. I have read a number of books and taken several courses but Alisha’s breakdown and specific examples of SI are the best I have come across. I love watching the videos but also have access to the slides and PDF. That way I can go back to her material in the future. So glad I took this course! I will recommend it to all my fellow therapists!”
“I learned more about primitive reflexes and integration then the many courses that I have taken in the past.”
“I love that even as a seasoned therapist I found a few gems for my toolbox, had a great refresher of things I may know but aren’t at the forefront of my thinking lately, and I also got some great ideas for ‘OT tips’ for teachers that I can share with those I work with to help them work on EF in their classes.”

“It will be used both in my personal and professional life. I support teachers who are struggling to help children with behavior and learning and have done a lot of work on executive function in the past. This gives me some extra things to add to my resources.”
“The RISE steps are very clear and easy to teach. An important component when trying to work with parents on ‘sensory diets’ which have often felt too tacked on. Has been hard to get buy-in from parents in past as have had limited time for parent education. But I think teaching this process will be very helpful to enter into a coaching rather than a ‘prescription’ arrangement with parents.”
“I feel my knowledge regarding executive functioning has increased tremendously. I am much more confident using the strategies discussed to address difficulties the kiddos on my caseload have.”

Alisha Grogan, MOT, OTR/L is a pediatric occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience working with children and families. She has worked across early intervention, schools, private practice, sensory summer camps, and online always through a sensory processing and neurodevelopmental lens.
Alisha is a national speaker and the founder of Your Kid’s Table, where she creates evidence-based education and practical resources used by parents and therapists worldwide. This membership was built to support pediatric therapists with high-quality CEUs, treatment planning tools, and resources that translate directly into better sessions.
AOTA CEU Certified
Your Kid’s Table is officially certified as an Approved Provider for professional development through the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). Therapists and professionals can receive continuing education credits through completing several of our online courses.
“I took this class as an OT who regularly works with feeding kids. I thought Alisha put together an effective and efficient framework for improving feeding for children with picky eating and more involved feeding disorders.”
“I’m a physical therapist… This was a wonderful course to help me understand each reflex, identity signs it may not be integrated, and have lots of tools to work on it. I also love the tools for overall regulation and sensory diet tools as well!”
“This course is fantastic! As a pediatric OT, you have cleared up many misconceptions about sensory processing, offered countless new therapeutic interventions, and encouraged me to think out of the box, dig a little deeper to figure out what is really going on. Thank you so much!”
“I feel more capable and knowledgeable in treating EF skills than I was in the past. This is a great course and I will recommend it to clients and other professionals. Thank you.”
“I am a pediatric OT and have taken many sensory courses during my many years of practice, many that were complex, confusing, & simply overwhelming in content. Alisha really simplifies this topic and makes it easy to process and thus deliver to both parents and kids.”
