People don’t get your kid’s struggles. They blame you or stick a label on them
You get lost in hours of research, generic AI advice, or complicated therapy plans

“Honestly… diving into [TCH] has CHANGED my life and my relationship to my oldest son – who I always just thought “oh he’s just this way cause he’s a boy” NO 👎- he is a sensory seekers and the exercises and activities are changing our whole family dynamic, and before this I had tried EVERYTHING!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! 🙏”

“It was fantastic to not feel like only my kids were “different” or had struggles with regulating themselves… I love the activities that are shared for a general boost in my own personal knowledge base, but also the activities seem to magically correlate with what my kids need that week!! It’s been fantastic! I’ve seen a change in the overwhelmed outbursts in all three of my kids when we’ve incorporated the activities.”

– Elizabeth

Her video lessons address so many underlying concerns and she effortlessly guides us through exercises and suggestions for modifications if needed.”

Is the Connection Hive right for you?

It is, if any of the following are true:

Your kid has big emotions or meltdowns that can come out of nowhere.

Your child has ADHD or attention struggles that affect school, routines, or behavior

Your child is often labeled the “difficult” or “bad” kid, but you know there’s more going on

Your kid is highly sensitive, has big sensory needs, or an Autism diagnosis

You want real guidance, to understand your kid, and know exactly how to help them so they can thrive

The Connection Hive probably isn’t for you if…

Your child isn’t experiencing challenges with emotions, sensory needs, attention, routines, or behavior

You’re looking for a one-time quick fix

You’re not interested in understanding what’s driving your kid’s behavior

You don’t want guidance or strategies for challenges when they come up

The Connection Hive isn’t a course to complete—it’s ongoing support from an OT-Mom, with doable ways to help your uniquely wired kid when parenting feels heavy, hard, or overwhelming.

It also includes regulation tools for you, because caring for a uniquely wired child takes a lot of energy. It’s important that you feel grounded and regulated, too.

I’m Alisha, Your OT-Mom Guide!

I’ve been a pediatric occupational therapist for 20+ years, and I love all of the brain building exercises, strategies, and techniques. I totally nerd out on them.

BUT, I’ve also been a mom for 16 years. The mom of kids with ADHD (aka poor executive functioning skills), anxiety, sensory issues, and big emotions.

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, worried about the future, and confused about what to do next. In the midst of my kid’s challenges I’ve had some of my hardest moments in life as I felt completely drained with little else to give.

The expert guidance I know as and OT with the real-life mom practicality is what you’ll find in the Connection Hive. It’s about supporting you so you can support your kid in just a few minutes.

“My 9yo son was diagnosed with ASD1 in Nov 2023. We are starting our 2nd homeschool year on Monday 💕 I felt very lost and clueless last year but thanks to Alisha and this community I am confident & ready for this year.”

– Tammy

“In our family, we waited a over a year to get OT services for my son and then we were discharged without learning the most critical information I needed from the OT: reflex integration! I’ve learned more from Alisha in these first few months of the hive than in six months of personalized OT. The support I’ve found in Hive has been tremendously valuable to my family!”

– Momma of 2

“Dear alisha, first of all i want to say that this programm has the most amazing support i have ever experienced in room like this. I am so greatful for that, thank you so much alisha for taking the time to answer every single person’s question in here! That is AMAZING!”

FAQ’s

This is such a good deal? Does it really have value?

Sooo many parents need this, and I don’t want price to be a barrier for anyone.  So yes, it’s only 1$ a day, (even less if you join for the year with the online bonuses) so that it’s not a barrier. You won’t believe all that’s inside once you get in!

Parenting is so hard! Is this just going to be another thing I feel like I have to fit in?

The Connection Hive is designed for the busy and overwhelmed parent! It’s all in a convenient app—you don’t have to go to a Facebook group or get logged out of your browser window.

It’s a curated feed and collection of just what you need to know. Who has time for anything more?

Every activity, podcast, and resource inside is digested easily and quickly without feeling overwhelmed to give you the direction you’ve been looking for! The whole point is to make life easier for YOU and your kid.

My kid has Autism/ADHD/SPD/no diagnosis, will this be helpful for us?

The activities you’ll get each week in the Hive are for a very wide range of kids whether they have a diagnosis or not. Each activity has variations for making it more easy, how to give your child assistance, and how to make it more challenging, all while still being beneficial.

Everything shared is beneficial to all children’s development. You are welcome here!

Tell me more about the Hive Growth Trail. Do I have to follow it?

The Hive Growth Trail is totally optional. Many parents find it helpful becuase its set up to follow your kids development. But, you can jump around if you want or just focus on the monthly topics or the support for the live Q and A’s. You can truly do what works for you. We’ve created the trail to give you a clear path if you need it, so there isn’t any overwhlem!

Can I end my subscription at any time?

You can cancel your monthly membership at any time, and you won’t be billed at the next billing cycle. If you join yearly, you have it for the whole year, yay! But, you cancel at anytime before the next years payment.  In the welcome section of class we show you exactly how to cancel so you can take care of it without jumping through hoops.

I’m a therapist—should I join The Connection Hive?

If you’re a parent and a therapist and you’re looking for support to help your own child with sensory, regulation, or developmental needs, then yes—The Connection Hive is a great fit. You’ll gain practical tools that can also inform your clinical perspective and strengthen how you support families.

But if you’re hoping to use the resources for your clients or caseload, The Hive isn’t designed for that. The Q&A sessions and discussion board are specifically for parent support, and the materials are meant for use with your own child only.

If you’re looking for professional tools, strategies, and shareable handouts for your therapy sessions, our RISE with Sensory + Primitive Reflex Foundations course is the better fit. It includes 13+ hours of AOTA-approved CEUs and lifetime permission to use all materials with your caseload.

“He is doing well (much better than before!) with peer social interactions at school!! He’s not initiating them, but is responding appropriately (in his own way) when friends approach him. This is HUGE for him & I attribute it to the TCH movements we do when we can!”

“Just listened to the April replay, thank you! I’m so appreciative to be part of this community. Sometimes it feels lonely when parenting neurodivergent children and I just gotta say I feel like this is such a wonderful place to be with such great resources! I could relate to so many moments and experiences you all go through, so thank you for sharing!”

“The Connection Hive isn’t a “class”; it is a Virtual Community Resource for those of us who have a kiddo with extra needs. It’s like having 200 mom friends who “get it” and can listen, offer support and suggestions. Many thanks to Alisha & her team for recognizing this need and for providing a solution- I am so grateful for The Connection Hive space!”
