Strategies for Executive Functioning Skills in Kids
Impulsivity, Attention, Completing Tasks & More
Join Alisha Grogan MOT, OTR/L for this brand new 2 hour workshop to decode the mystery of executive functioning and learn practical ways to improve these skills!
Kids with executive functioning difficulties often struggle with:
Are executive functioning struggles related to sensory issues?
While the whole brain is connected, sensory processing and executive functioning are different parts of it. HOWEVER, there is a common link between the two. Frequently, kids that have sensory processing difficulties ALSO have executive functioning difficulties.
And, executive functioning skills rapidly decline when a child is dysregulated. So when your child is regulated you can work to increase these skills in an intentional way, which is what you’ll learn how to do in this new and powerful workshop!

The truth is there are very FEW resources that adequately teach how to help kids with these skills beyond giving them a worksheet*. This is the first time, and maybe last time I ever give this workshop, will you be there?
*Worksheets have a place, but aren’t evidence-based strategies for making significant gains in executive functioning skill development.

Many children need help developing executive functioning skills that don’t have or need any diagnosis. If that’s the case, then the Brain Boss workshop is a great fit because it will teach you strategies to address those challenges. Many kids with Autism, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, and numerous other diagnoses almost certainly have executive functioning difficulties. Do I need to buy any expensive tools or toys?
