Triple Berry Cherry Sorbet

  • 3 cups Fresh or Frozen Berries I use Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries & Cherries
  • 1 small Ripe Banana - Broken Into Pieces
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Fruit Juice
  • 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/3 cup Honey or Light Corn Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt


  1. Put your fresh or frozen berries (a combination is fine) into the food processor. Add all of the other ingredients on top. 

  2. Puree until smooth. 

  3. Once the consistency is smooth, spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put into the freezer for 1-2 hours, until frozen through. 

  4. Once frozen, break into pieces. 

  5. Put pieces back into the food processor and puree again until smooth. You may eat at this point or freeze again for 30 minutes for a harder consistency.
