Bruschetta Bar

This is the exact recipe for the ingredients I used. Remember there is no wrong here, anything you want to use is fine. Odd pairings are welcome

  • 1 Baguette
  • 1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
  • 1 Diced yellow pepper sauteed
  • 1 Diced orange pepper sauteed
  • 4 Boneless diced pork chops, sauteed
  • 1 Cup of shredded parmesean cheese
  • 2 Diced tomatoes lightly salted
  • 2 Cups of baby spinach served raw
  • 3/4 Cup of Pesto divided
  • 1/2 Cup of Sliced Almonds


  1. Cut pork into slices and cook over a medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil. Season as desired and cook for 5-10 minutes until cooked through.
  2. In a separate pan, sautee the peppers in a tablespoon of olive oil until cooked through.
  3. While peppers and pork cook slice bread and brush most with olive oil and some with pesto to have two different options. Serve the rest of the pesto for dipping and spreading in a separate bowl.
  4. Toast in oven at 400 degrees for 4-8 minutes until toasted to your preference.
  5. Assemble each topping and ingredient in it's own dish and serve family style.
