  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 1 Cup Diced Carrots
  • 2/3 Cup Almond Milk Or, other preferred milk
  • 2 Tsp Maty's Organic Cough Syrup
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 Cup Frozen Yogurt/Vanilla Yogurt/Plain Yogurt If using plain yogurt, add 1/4 tsp of vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp Almonds


  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until completely combined.

Recipe Notes

If this is your first time making a smoothie, they are very forgiving. Add more flavors/yogurt to your liking!
