From Refusal to Relief: 5 Days to Picky Eating Progress

Even For ARFID + Extreme Picky Eaters

An OT-led workshop series to reduce food anxiety, make mealtimes less stressful, and finally take the first real step toward eating new foods.

When your child refuses food, it’s not just frustrating—it’s gut-wrenching.

  • Maybe your child eats fewer than 10 foods.
  • Maybe dinner feels like a battle every single night.
  • Maybe you’ve seen panic, gagging, or meltdowns when new foods are introduced.

This isn’t “just picky eating.” There’s more below the surface. ARFID, PFD, or extreme picky eating may be in play.

The good news: there is a path forward.

In just 5 actionable lessons, you’ll learn the foundational strategies most feeding professionals don’t have time to explain.

A clear, doable plan to reduce mealtime chaos and build safety with new foods

Scripts and printables so you know exactly what to say and do.

2 hours AOTA CEUs for therapists (with personalized certificate).

Full 1-year access to all lessons and replays.

Parent support and interaction during the live week so you don’t have to figure this out alone.
