Hey, I’m Alisha Grogan MOT, OTR/L.


Pediatric occupational therapist, mom to a neurodivergent kiddo, and founder of The Connection Hive.

For over two decades I’ve helped thousands of families around the world with sensory needs, picky eating, and executive functioning by teaching parents practical research-backed strategies so their child can thrive.

I’m the creator of the popular parenting website for uniquely wired kids, Your Kid’s Table, as well as, The Connection Hive where I support parents directly and they get tools and resources to make helping their kid with retained reflexes, sensory, and executive functioning do-able.
