Is this class for my child if they don’t have ADHD or ASD?
Absolutely! Your child doesn’t need a diagnosis for you to benefit. If you’re navigating big emotions, sensory needs, constant movement, poor focus, difficulty following directions, or everyday battles, this class is for you.
I feel like I don’t have time for one more thing. Is this worth it?
I get it. That’s actually one of the reasons I created this class, its only 1 hour . We’ll talk about supporting your child’s regulation and skill development while also considering YOUR needs and capacity. It’s clear and doable, we’ll end with a Q&A, one of the perks for coming live!
