Give your child the tools to calm, focus, and grow their regulation skills for life…
With Alisha Grogan, pediatric OT + mom, in your corner guiding you one step at a time.
The membership for parents of neurodivergent kids.
Do you ever feel like…
You spend your day putting out fires: meltdowns, sibling fights, & bedtime battles
Your kid’s reactions feel BIG and pop up unexpectedly all the time. You want to share your calm, but don’t have any calm to give.
Your kid is overstimulated easily and has sensory needs you don’t fully understand or know how to help.
People don’t get your kid’s hyperactivity, demand avoidance, or sensitivities and blame you or stick a label on them that isn’t fair.
You feel overwhelmed with instagram reels, generic AI advice, or complicated therapy plans that don’t actually work for your kid.
You’re not failing. Your kid isn’t “bad.” Your kid is likely dysregulated. You haven’t been given doable tools that meet your kid’s regulation needs (and YOURS). That’s what The Connection Hive does, minutes after joining.
The Connection Hive was created for YOU!
The Connection Hive is the clear step by step regulation plan: Connect + Calm + Grow.
3 strategies that change the lives of kids with big emotions, ADHD, Autism, and sensory needs with real-time help from me, so you know which tool to use and when.
Start immediately with The 4 Dysregulation Modes quiz and your child’s Regulation Toolbox.
In November: The How to Stay Calm When Your Kid Can’t, workshop on YOUR regulation for the hard moments every day.
Each month, we’ll have a new focus that build on these three essential regulation skills in small do-able ways because new needs and challenges often come up for neurodivergent kids.

“Honestly… diving into [TCH] has CHANGED my life and my relationship to my oldest son – who I always just thought “oh he’s just this way cause he’s a boy” NO 👎- he is a sensory seekers and the exercises and activities are changing our whole family dynamic, and before this I had tried EVERYTHING!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! 🙏”
“It was fantastic to not feel like only my kids were “different” or had struggles with regulating themselves… I love the activities that are shared for a general boost in my own personal knowledge base, but also the activities seem to magically correlate with what my kids need that week!! It’s been fantastic! I’ve seen a change in the overwhelmed outbursts in all three of my kids when we’ve incorporated the activities.”
“The activities have greatly helped my children… I use a variety of them to help my children when dysregulated or overstimulated. My children have been able to be more in tuned with their bodies… Emotional regulation has also improved. All the resources are very helpful so thank you so much!”
“My son started catching the ball…instead of slapping it. My daughter is bouncing back better after meltdowns and increasing frustration tolerance… I feel closer and more connected to my kids. The live Q+A and the discussion board help make me feel supported and stay motivated.”

I’m Alisha, Your OT-Mom Guide!
I’ve been a pediatric occupational therapist for 20+ years, and I love all of the brain building exercises, strategies, and techniques. I totally nerd out on them.
BUT, I’ve also been a mom for 16 years. The mom of kids with ADHD (aka poor executive functioning skills), anxiety, sensory issues, and big emotions.
I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, worried about the future, and confused about what to do next. In the midst of my kid’s challenges I’ve had some of my hardest moments in life as I felt completely drained with little else to give.
The expert guidance I know as and OT with the real-life mom practicality is what you’ll find in the Connection Hive. It’s about supporting you so you can support your kid in just a few minutes.
“My 9yo son was diagnosed with ASD1 in Nov 2023. We are starting our 2nd homeschool year on Monday 💕 I felt very lost and clueless last year but thanks to Alisha and this community I am confident & ready for this year.”
– Tammy
“In our family, we waited a over a year to get OT services for my son and then we were discharged without learning the most critical information I needed from the OT: reflex integration! I’ve learned more from Alisha in these first few months of the hive than in six months of personalized OT. The support I’ve found in Hive has been tremendously valuable to my family!”
“Dear alisha, first of all I want to say that this program has the most amazing support I have ever experienced… I am so grateful for that, thank you so much alisha for taking the time to answer every single person’s question in here! That is AMAZING!”
FAQ’s
What exactly is The Connection Hive?
It’s a membership for parents of neurodivergent kids. You get a simple 3-step regulation plan, the exact tools to use in real life, and personal support from me, an OT + Mom, so you see fewer meltdowns, less demand avoidance and better focus. And the Hive grows with your kid, with new strategies each month for whatever comes up next.
How is this different or similar to OT for my kid?
OT is usually an hour a week, if you can get it. The Hive is for the other 167 hours: the after-school meltdowns, the bedtime battles, the Target trips. It doesn’t replace your kid’s therapist; it gives you a plan to use at home in between.
I have more than one kid, and they're totally different. Does that work?
Yes! Each kid can take the quiz, so you might have a Big Mover AND a Big Defender under one roof or varying sensoroy needs. You’ll know which tools fit which kid, and how to juggle them (and your own regulation) too.
My kid has Autism/ADHD/SPD/no diagnosis, will this be helpful for us?
The activities you’ll get in the Hive are for a very wide range of kids whether they have a diagnosis or not. Each activity has variations for making it more easy, how to give your child assistance, and how to make it more challenging, all while still being beneficial.
Everything shared is beneficial to all children’s development. You are welcome here!
Is it worth the cost? Do you have a guarantee?
You can join for $299 USD a year (less than $1 a day, and less than two OT sessions in most places) or $30 USD a month. Annual includes the bonus courses and a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, anytime, right from inside the app. The annual plan is also covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee.
I'm not in the US. Can I join?
Absolutely! Parents join from Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and beyond. Prices are in US dollars, and your card converts it automatically.
I’m a therapist, should I join The Connection Hive?
If you’re a parent and a therapist and you’re looking for support to help your own child with sensory, regulation, or developmental needs, then yes, The Connection Hive is a great fit. You’ll gain practical tools that can also inform your clinical perspective and strengthen how you support families.
But if you’re hoping to use the resources for your clients or caseload, and want CEU’s then join us in our special Therapist All Access Membership Here.
“He is doing well (much better than before!) with peer social interactions at school!! He’s not initiating them, but is responding appropriately (in his own way) when friends approach him. This is HUGE for him & I attribute it to the TCH movements we do when we can!”
“Just listened to the April replay, thank you! I’m so appreciative to be part of this community. Sometimes it feels lonely when parenting neurodivergent children and I just gotta say I feel like this is such a wonderful place to be with such great resources! I could relate to so many moments and experiences you all go through, so thank you for sharing!”
“Since I’ve started using activities from the Activity Library with my son I’ve noticed a huge improvement in his handwriting and improved regulation.”
OT is one hour a week. The Hive is for the other 167.

“The Connection Hive isn’t a “class”; it is a Virtual Community Resource for those of us who have a kiddo with extra needs. It’s like having 200 mom friends who “get it” and can listen, offer support and suggestions. Many thanks to Alisha & her team for recognizing this need and for providing a solution- I am so grateful for The Connection Hive space!”
