Meet Alisha

Hi, I’m Alisha Grogan, pediatric occupational therapist and mom of three.

For more than 20 years, I’ve helped parents learn HOW to support their kids through sensory needs, big emotions, executive functioning challenges, and the everyday struggles that can make parenting feel really hard.

But, I know this as a mom too. And, I know what it’s like to have tools and experience and still feel overwhelmed or depleted yourself.

Over the years, both as an OT and a parent, I’ve learned that having good tools matters. But what matters just as much is knowing when to use them, what fits your individual child, and where to focus your energy over time.

And there’s another piece we don’t talk about nearly enough: what parents need to keep showing up through all of it.

That’s a big part of why I created this class. I want to help you see a clearer, more doable path forward that supports your child, helps them grow, AND makes room for you in the process.

– Alisha
